The system consists of a series of conveyor belts that feed the product to a bank of weighing belts. Thanks to dedicated Bulltec software, the system analyses the product and identifies the optimal combination of pieces, ensuring the minimum weight is reached for each pack and keeping giveaway to a minimum.
The line also ensures a high level of gentleness in product handling: all belts operate at the same height, eliminating drops between one stage and the next and thus preserving product integrity.
