Payment method
Products on the site may differ in nature, price, and assortment from those immediately available within the warehouse stock in SAM SA.
Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included (see shipping methods and costs).
The Customer can make payment of the amounts due online by Twint and by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card.
Possibility of making payment by bank transfer.
Shipping methods and costs
SAM SA sends the ordered goods after the payment is made and the requested items are found.
The method for sending is by express courier for small shipments and carrier for large shipments.
The cost of shipping varies according to the total amount of the order:
– Orders up to 49.99 Chf -> shipping cost 13.- Chf; + 10.- Chf administrative fee
– Orders from 50.- to 199.99 Chf -> shipping costs 13.- Chf
– Orders from 200.- Chf and up -> free shipping
The online sale takes place only in Switzerland.
Foreign users can request by e-mail(info@samswiss.com) an overseas mailing which will be processed by payment by bank transfer or VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Card , with different modalities in prices, mailing costs and timing
Timing
SAM SA sends the order by express courier. SAM SA is not responsible for any delays that occur during the transportation service. SAM SA is also not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses that preclude receipt of goods or additional costs of returns.
Orders entered by the registered customer and already available in the order completeness, will be sent within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
The orders placed by the customer and not available in the completeness of the order, will be sent only at the time of full availability of the order and payment.
Orders entered by the customer and not available immediately will be sent only after retrieval by SAM SA to the respective suppliers. SAM SA will endeavor to procure the requested products within a reasonably short time, according to availability from the usual suppliers.
Prices
All prices indicated are in Swiss francs, including VAT.
All prices are valid for the period of validity of the catalog, except for writing errors, or calculation errors.
Right of withdrawal
The valid right of withdrawal is conditional on sending a registered letter within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the following address

A copy of the delivery receipt sent with the goods must be attached to it.
The goods must in all cases be in perfect condition.
In case of even partial withdrawal, the Customer must indicate all the data for the cancellation of the amount.
SAM SA reserves the right to reduce the value of the refund in the event of defects found at the time of return and will not reimburse shipping costs incurred by the customer, either on the outward or return of the package.
